1 butternut squash, 2 sweet potatoes, 1 leek, 2 sticks of celery, 2 red peppers, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 cubic ” of ginger, tin of butterbeans, handful of fresh Coriander, 1tbsp of medium curry powder, 1 tbsp of all purpose seasoning, handful of sundried tomatoes(including oil) 2 pinches of mixed herbs, 1 tbsp taste of Morocco harissa sauce, 1 tbsp of ricotta & red pepper pesto, 1 tbsp sundried tomato pesto, sea salt, black pepper,smoked paprika, Nutmeg and Cinnamon.
